My research interests are focused mainly on making computers easier and friendlier to use. I am also interested in researching specific topics such as privacy in ubiquitous computing, mobile services for different lifestyles, building trust in online communities and leveraging the knowledge of crowds in PeopleClouds and crowdsourcing.
My professional interests are to strengthen the area of interaction, to design tools that truly meet users’ needs, and to create innovative, user-friendly programs.
